Mukhethwa Mufamadi is a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) and the Chief Executive Officer of Mucasa Consulting, with more than eight years of experience in financial reporting, external auditing, technical advisory, and public-sector finance. His career includes senior leadership roles at the Auditor-General South Africa and the City of Johannesburg, where he led complex group consolidations, managed year-end audits, and provided technical guidance on IFRS, GRAP, PFMA, MFMA, and taxation.

Mukhethwa combines strong technical expertise with academic experience as a part-time lecturer, strengthening the firm’s ability to offer modern, compliant, and informed financial solutions. He is highly proficient in CaseWare, Draftworx, SAP, Xero, and other digital accounting tools, and holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science, a Higher Diploma in Accountancy, and is completing his Master’s degree in Accountancy.
